Special Bonus : Our Favourite Cover Versions

Part One

 
I asked a number of people who have contributed to the site to tell me which Robert Wyatt covers (or Soft Machine or Matching Mole covers) they prefer.
Almost all of them replied: "Oh, what a difficult question!" But they all gave me their favourite covers.
Among the favourite covers, those by Pascal Comelade (all P.C. covers!) and Gloria Gloom by Henry Cow were the most frequently mentioned.

  Sea Song is by far the most popular of Robert Wyatt's covers. But these are very different covers, so let's take a look at a few of them below.  
     
     
     
  Two other songs have been mentioned several times (with different interpretations): God Song and Alifib. Here are some of the covers mentioned.
